Custom Sublimation/Heat transfer paper Transfers/Heat Transfer Vinyl

This is a physical product not a digital item. You will receive this item through the mailing system. Send us your high resolution image and we’ll send you a finished garment! What you send to me I will print, I will not alter or doctor the image before printing, please make sure the image you’re sending me is high quality and clear.

Please agree to send me your image and acknowledge that we are not responsible for technical issues related to the sending process (such as wi-fi/Internet provider, etc.)

When you place an order, select the size you’re wanting. Once order is placed, email me the design, the placement of design to contact@rizzilient.com. The Pricing is for initial Front/Back designs only. Adittional costs apply for additional front and back designs. It is YOUR responsibility for making sure you send me a quality image I am NOT responsible for the quality of the image sent to me. Images/files can be sent in a PNG, SVG, JPEG or PDF format. When image is sent to me I will resize to the size ordered and print. If image comes out blurry or not good I will email you to let you know and we can go from there before shipped. Again, please make sure to send high quality images as I will only resize and print your image.

Heat Transfer Vinyl:                                                                                                 Price may be adjusted based on difficulty of design. Price is also based on half shirt/full shirt(full shirt 8.5″x11″)

SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS:
All transfers MUST be used on a 50% or higher light color/bleached polyester or cotton/polyester blend shirt

Heat transfer Paper:                                                                                                Prints will be transferred using an ink jet not laser.Adult- Image is printed as large as possible on sheet size 8.5″x11″.
Youth- 7″-8.5″x11″.

SHIPPING
You are responsible for making sure your address is correct at time of order, once order is placed shipping address can’t be changed.
I work hard to make sure all designs are printed and packaged  and shipped within 1-7 business days . Please refer to  current shipping times based on your selection of shipping to know when you’ll get your package. I am NOT responsible for packages once they are dropped off  by courier. I take steps to make sure that all items are packaged for best shipping for no damage. If your item arrives damaged please reach out to me. RETURNS/REFUNDS are not accepted. Please check sizing charts (in picture gallery)before ordering.

Sizing may vary based on the design. Once I receive your design I’ll size for what looks best for the image.
